3 cups cooked wild rice

1 medium onion, diced
1 zucchini, diced

1/2 mug coarsely grated parmesan cheese
1 mug + 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese
Olive oil spray
2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Black pepper to taste
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions as well as allow cool. Preheat stove to 375 * F.
